Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may qualify for a partial refund, while cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details including location, time, and guest count, ensure access to the event venue, provide a safe and suitable setup space, and inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

7. Health and Safety

Our juices are made from fresh, natural ingredients with no additives. While we maintain strict hygiene standards, clients consume products at their own risk. NECTA is not liable for allergic reactions where prior notice was not given.
